I welcome you, beautiful soul! Thank you for choosing this simple but so powerful course. We live in such a hectic and busy world, that the flow of information seems to be overwhelming at times. Our minds get crazy with all the available information and the need to process everything in order to follow our pace of life. That’s why the mind loses the ability to stay concentrated while doing a particular task which affects our productivity and growth. The pace of life constantly increases so it becomes really hard to concentrate on one task at a time and to stop an endless flow of thoughts in the mind. Even when it seems that it’s more productive being multitasking, it becomes an illusion that makes you feel fainted, overwhelmed and in a state of constant stress. When you can’t stop the flow of thoughts in your mind, you can’t understand what you really want in life and you lose the connection with your body and soul. It also forces you to live and act based on unconscious programs, formed in your mind which often limit your full potential and make you stay in a state of stress. So the main purpose of this course is to help you stop an endless flow of thoughts in your mind, relax your mind and restore your natural ability to concentrate on one task at a time and devote your time and energy to one task, becoming more productive. It will naturally help you connect with your body and soul, be more patient and live a mindful and happy life. 

Why is it so important? When you choose to concentrate on one task at a time, be it a conversation, a job task or a simple walk, you dive deeper into this task, you do it mindfully, understand it fully, solve a situation if needed faster and more importantly, you stay in such a valuable state of inner peace. Concentration allows you be more mindful and even more productive. And even if it seems impossible, it saves you time. It naturally dissolves stress from your life and you become happier, healthier and live in a state of inner peace which becomes a real treasure nowadays.

In this course I offer you simple tasks that will help you to train your mind to concentrate on one task at a time, stop an endless flow of thoughts in your mind and free yourself from limited unconscious programs. By practicing them, you will eventually make a habit of doing things mindfully, concentrating on one task at a time and simple breathing exercises will help you be more relaxed and therefore healthier.
